Another process shot from the studio today. These are the components for 2 pairs of Boho Chevron Earrings. In this photo they have already been measured, cut, and formed. Then the ends were hammered and then holes were drilled in each end. After this they still need the form to be tightened, the points to be hammered, and then they need to be assembled with the torch. This design is pretty labor intensive, but in this middle bit the shapes were very pretty, so I snapped a quick photo.
A little studio scene from the day: clean Mima Necklaces and dirty jeweler hands. One of these beauties is headed out soon in an order for @goldtroutvt in Manchester, VT. The rest are going straight into the Sunapee Box in my continuing effort to build up inventory for the League of NH Craftsmen Summer Fair. 👍 #leagueofnhcraftsmen #rhjstockist

This new mixed metal bangle is my favorite pieces to come out of the studio today, and the only new one. Trying hard to stick to business and get my orders out. Thanks so much for all of your encouraging comments on this morning's post! I managed to have a productive day in the studio after all today. ⚒✔️
I just got back from a glorious week of almost no work, just doing the mom thing and trying to relax and take naps in between. And now I'm back in the studio with an absolute mountain of work to do, and am having serious trouble switching into work gear. Anyone have any helpful tactics to get back into the work headspace after an extended break? #mondaze #helpme

These two pieces are officially beach certified. I didn't bring much jewelry with me to the beach, but I wore this Wren Bracelet in gold fill, and this Collette Necklace in 14k into the ocean, and on top of all the sunscreen, and while digging sand castles with two wild boys, and they both emerged unscathed. 👍☀️🌊

We had a crazy and intense storm here this afternoon that was almost a tornado. There was a tornado about 4 miles from here. So we have no power, which is hard for this tech obsessed family. My kids just had to grasp what requires electricity and what doesn't for the first time. An eye opening lesson I'm sure. I took some pictures of the amazing post storm landscape on the beach, but have no way to get it from my computer to my phone. Hopefully tomorrow we will be back up and running. For now I am happy that we are all safe, and that I took a picture these beach roses yesterday before they got blown to smithereens. Catch you all tomorrow, hopefully with power ⚡️

I moved photo spaces again today, hopefully to the final spot of the ongoing studio space swap with husband @bionicmastering. There will be a little adjustment period as I get used to the light in the new space. Happy sunny summer morning! These amazing looking strawberries actually came out of my garden. I always try to grow a big garden every summer with my mom. We have some successes and some very sad and ugly failures every summer. But I think these might be one of the prettiest crops we have ever achieved. And they taste pretty good too. A little tart, maybe. Not surprising because of the very chilly June weather. But nothing a little sprinkling of sugar can't fix. 🍓🍓🍓✔️

Because when there's turquoise, there might as well also be blue. The new Tern Bracelet, with suede lace and two accent color cords. I've been noticing that the colors of my Instagram feed have gradually changed with the seasons. Greys and blues for the winter, pinks and purples and light greens for spring, and now more vivid greens as summer begins.
