Spicy Egg and Avocado On Toast

I'm all about avocado for breakfast right now.  This quick and easy breakfast combines a rich farm egg cooked over easy on whole wheat toast, topped with fresh avocado slices, tomatillo salsa, and tobasco sauce.  It had a great balance between the richness of the egg and avocado, the tart spiciness of the salsas, and the crunchiness of the toast. It was yummy, and now it's gone.
